Breast reduction

Breast Reduction

Breast hypertrophy is a common pathology that can affect both young girls and older women. Sometimes it is after pregnancy and breastfeeding that the chest becomes heavy and uncomfortable.

In any case, a mammary gland that is too large can cause back pain, discomfort when dressing or playing sports, as well as a feeling of discomfort or complexes.

Breast reduction surgery involves removing excess gland and skin and reshaping a breast so that it is in harmony with the rest of the body.

intervention

The intervention is carried out under anesthesia, lasts about 2 hours, does not require a drain and allows you to return home the next day.
Wearing a compression bra 24 hours a day for 4 to 6 weeks is mandatory.

The scars are around the areola, vertically up to the sub-mammary fold and sometimes also in the sub-mammary fold making what is called a T-scar.
